Day 1
Agadir – Taroudant – Ouarzazate
Depart Agadir through the scenic Anti-Atlas Mountains, stopping in Taroudant to explore its medina and markets. Continue through valleys and mountain passes to reach Ouarzazate, a cinematic city known for kasbahs and film studios. Overnight in Ouarzazate.
Day 2
Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Erfoud/Merzouga
Drive through the breathtaking Dades Valley, with its rock formations and kasbahs, before visiting Todra Gorge. Continue to Erfoud and reach Merzouga, where a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes offers a stunning desert sunset. Overnight in a desert camp under the stars.
Day 3
Merzouga – Rissani – Tazarine – Zagora
After sunrise over the dunes, depart Merzouga and explore Rissani, a historic caravan town. Pass through Tazarine and arrive in Zagora, the gateway to the Draa Valley. Explore palm groves, kasbahs, and the surrounding desert landscapes. Overnight in Zagora.
Day 4
Zagora – Taznakht – Taliouine – Ouarzazate
Travel from Zagora through Taznakht, known for Berber carpets, and Taliouine, famous for saffron fields. Continue via scenic desert landscapes back to Ouarzazate for overnight stay.
Day 5
Ouarzazate – Agadir
Drive back to Agadir through the Anti-Atlas Mountains, enjoying the dramatic views of valleys and traditional Berber villages. Arrive in Agadir in the evening, concluding your 5 day tour from Agadir to desert.
